I can't say enough great things about Nova and her business Novas Sparkling Cleaning. I owe a vacation rental. Numerous times when I book a cleaner, the cleaners either don't show up, or alternatively, when they do show up, it's not as scheduled. Then they don't do a thorough job. Many times I required other cleaners to come back after a cleaning as renters complained. When you are an out of town owner, leaving your property to trustworthy people is difficult to find. Here is my experience with Nova: I called Nova to talk about my cleaning needs and concerns. She was so gracious to listen and appreciate my concerns, while at the same time, explaining the values of her business. Once we finished talking, I felt we were on the same page and comfortable with her being in my home. She arrived on time. I prepared a checklist of what I needed done. Not only did she complete all the requisite items on my checklist, she cleaned other things I forgot to list.
Nova sent pictures, updates, and videos of the cleaning. I felt like she treated my home with the care and consideration as she would her own. As a meticulous property owner; depending on others means having honest and reliable people to oversee your property. Easier said than done. Above all; the communication was exceptional. She went above and beyond what any cleaner has ever done. I have never used Novas cleaning service, but now I am a loyal customer. If you are a rental owner, or just someone who wants exceptional cleaning service, Novas Sparkling Cleaning is the company to choose. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Thank you Nova!
