Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.

The one thing that I didn't like was that the Groupon didn't tell you that this was only for the cloud and after the first month that was free you had to pay $4.95 a month. You also have to pay and additional $22 for a DVD.
