Eric is a really welcoming person, he explained the process even though I’m familiar with keratin. He asked if I wanted to a poker straight or natural look. I opted for the latter and my hair has a nice natural wave minus the frizz. Plus the cezanne doesn’t smell like the regular keratin
I had a great experience with my Keratin. A very small area was missed but wasn't a big deal I will definitely be returning. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
