When you redeem your Groupon voucher you get a plastic card with a barcode. It's easy to use at the first two lanes of the car wash where there is usually an attendant to help you if needed. With four lanes, the wait is not very long. The equipment always works very well, there are lots of suds during the washing and the rinsing is thorough. Before you enter the wash, the attendants swipe a brush over areas like the rear window or tailgate. When you exit you may use the free outdoor vacuums.
