Erica has been great! We setup our appointment, coordinating with a medical issue I had, and she was so accommodating! The day of the procedure she walked me through everything and it was a pleasant experience.
I have since had 2 touchups as my left eyebrow doesn't seem to be holding the ink. So we are exploring other options.
She is extremely knowledgeable and is a pleasure at every encounter. I would definitely recommend!
