Definitely call the hotel prior so they can arrange for a shuttle asap and you don't have to wait.
The staff were very friendly! I will definitely use their service again! It was an easy 8 min shuttle ride to the airport.
FYI You can only buy this offer for yourself once in your lifetime. I was not aware of that, but Cozy Maids worked with me and allowed me to use my Groupon but made it clear this was a 1 time courtesy. Kind of disappointed because I like their service.
