Massage was good, but there was a lot of confusion over the Groupon. Ladies in the shop were very nice but they weren’t familiar with the Groupon or how to process even though we had scheduled the appointment the week prior.
First visit experience: I read through all the details on Groupon and followed the instructions which were laid out in perfect detail. This left no guesswork. It was easy to set an appointment. I was also VERY surprised (in a good way) to see that the business offers evening massages. For me, this was everything! The ambiance was soothing and encouraged relaxation. The massage was the best I have ever received. The masseurs know what they are doing and I felt immediate relief during the massage. I was sore the next day which can be expected if it was done correctly. This is my forever spot now. I highly recommend this facility and their services. I purchased the couples massage and was scheduled the next day. I will be moving all of my services to this location. What a GEM in the Hampton roads area.
