Definitely recommend Eco Ducts. The tech, Eduardo, called when on the way. Once arrived, did an inspection of the entire system and went over the service paid for and options to maximize the cleaning. Upon completion Eduardo showed before & after photos and went over all the services performed. He cleaned up and left the home as it was before he arrived.
They performed an excellent service. They kept me informed as they performed their work and made it a priority to not leave until they felt they had performed the job to their best ability. I am glad we were able to work together as a team and complete the job.
As a follow up to my last review it was nice of the Manager Sam called and came in person to apologize and gave satisfactory explanation of what happened. Also assured for any future work. I will use them again.
