Upon arrival, I was told since I did not have an appt, it would be a 20 minute wait. Well, it was a 30 min wait to only have my feet soaking for a pedi for an hour. By that time, the water was cold and no one bothered to check the water temp while I was waiting. Why was my Mani done after the Pedi was finished, which increased my wait time. Lastly, groupon users waited until the last day to use their coupon so you s/h/b staffed for high volume that day.
