The procedure was not performed by a dentist, but by a very nice tech. The office was not really setup to handle the procedure. ( I had to hold the light machine in place for both 15 minute treatments.) I would not recommend using this office.

The staff in this office is very friendly. But the doctor is unpleasant. No manners on how to treat the patients or the staff. Very cheap also as to when the staff needs to use the materials needed for the patients. I will visit this place again

The outcome was acceptable, the process was lacking. There was little to no preparation to set expectations for the procedure (i.e. this next step will take 15 minutes or I am putting material on your gums to protect them). Instead, the technician just did the steps without communication. I had no idea if the light would be on for 5 minutes or an hour! In addition, the machine was faulty and I had to "hold the light". There was no discussion of follow up. I called to share that I was having pain in my teeth and the return call came the next day. My teeth are indeed several shades whiter, the process and equipment need great improvement.
