You might say that Johnson & Wales-trained chef and Enoteca on Court owner Marco Chirico’s burning passion for the culinary arts is best embodied by his restaurant’s burning brick oven. Inside the blazing furnace, wisps of fire bake pizzas and calzones to a crisp and lend their distinct flavors to mozzarella-laden ziti, veal meatballs, and stuffed artichokes. Outside of the oven, Chirico’s menu features a range of Italian classics, including paninis, homemade gelato, and plates of cheese and charcuterie ideal for sharing over glasses and flights from the restaurant’s international wine list.
