Several of my friends and I purchased the Groupon for Cambridge Art Glass. As soon as we purchased the Groupon, we called the studio to reserve spots for class. We left voice mail messages. We emailed. We sent messages via Facebook. We called the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce to see if the business was still open. We contacted Groupon customer service to see if the business was still open. It took 2.5 weeks for the owner to respond. The day before class, we received and email stating, "you are confirmed for class tomorrow." The owner was very unprofessional about returning message and confirming class. It was very frustrating. I would never take another class there.

Interesting class, and a good bargain at $25. The teacher is very experienced and really gets around to supervise the students. I wasn't very good at blowing glass, but I still ended up with some hang-worthy holiday ornaments.
