Very unprofessional. I felt like they treated me differently right from the beginning because I was a Groupon customer. My microdermabrasion service seemed unfriendly & skimpy compared to what a coworker told me she receives as a regular customer. On Aug 11 I had my first service and on that day I made another appointment for Sept 20. They did not call or email me to remind me of my upcoming appointment. However, they obviously had my number to call me to ask if I was coming in, because I had missed the appointment. They claimed to have attempted to reach me, but I have no email or phone text or voicemail from them. They said my Grouponn value was void because I had recieved a service reflecting the value of the Groupon and refused to honor the cash value balance of the Groupon. Even thought the Groupon clearly states that I was entitled to two microderm appontments. It really does not matter to me if this remains unresolved, because I have no intention of subjecting myself to their services or recommending them to anyone.

I really enjoyed my service

I got the impression that laser technician had one style for groupon customers and another style for her regular, full-paying customers. She did not recognize the opportunity to make repeat customers out of groupon sales. All in all, neither visit to this location was pleasant, and I've advised other friends considering laser treatments to avoid this company.
