Not professional experience and the machines were always broken.

The Vein Center has had trouble with their laser machine. When I called to make the first appointment 16 weeks ago, the machine was down. It as fixed 2 weeks later. The second appointment was on time, but now I am waiting for my 3rd appointment that should have been 2 weeks ago, but the machine is down again. In addition, I am wondering if the machine has worked properly the two times I had treatment. I have not seen much difference in the amount of hair I am trying to get rid of. This treatment round has definitely not been as effective as the first time I had a three round treatment.
