in other groupon for nails spas we get two mani-peds if redeemed before expiration date. well I went for the first mani-pedi and was told that second needed to be done before the expiration date other places would simply give me a voucher to redeem at a later date. so I only received one free mani-pedi and only got a 17.00 towards a 35.00 mani-pedi for next time because I couldn't go before the expiration date simply because i was out of state. during this time

I scheduled my 1st of 2 appointments with Pure Rain Nail Spa the day before the Groupon expired. When I got there, I was told that they would honor the Groupon for the first appointment but not for the 2nd appointment. There was nothing in the fine print indicating that BOTH appointments needed to be scheduled prior to the expiration date. (This was not an issue at Image Nails who was happy to honor their Groupon as long as the first appointment was prior to the expiration date.) I was told I would have to pay $28 for the 2nd appt because only 1/2 of the Groupon would be honored. So I got a mani-pedi for $35 on a Tuesday. Not really a deal at all. I won't be going back. Ever.

I didn't know about this business before I bought this groupon. After using my groupon I had a good experience and I definitely going back.
