ALLISON, WAS JUST WONDERFUL AND her work as a stylist was awesome. SHE was patient, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. I just loved my experience with Allison. I will differently revisit Thomas West Salon. OH! I received lots of compliments on my hair.

The stylist took her own time, I was not rushed, appropriate color, good blow dry, different style curl i was not used to. Good service

I am torn on this. My highlight wasn't the color I wanted and the cut was terrible - three different lengths. I kept telling her it was shorter than I wanted and I had to finally tell her to STOP cutting my hair and in tears. I have not cried like that in ages. It was awful.
The receptionist was very kind and invited me back the next day and Timea took wonderful care of me. She was kind and talked with me. And gave me a beautiful bob. I didn't want a bob - it was four inches shorter than I originally wanted, but we had to go that short to even it all out.
Be careful of who you make the appointment with. I won't ever use a Groupon again to try out a new salon.

Haircut and partial highlights with Allison and she did a great job! I left looking a lot better than when I arrived. Good deal but toner was not included (extra $40).
