See #3. If you want to be a sports bar, then be a sports bar, but don't represent your establishment as an upscale "Hawaiian Fusion" seafood restaurant on your website. The night we were there, you literally did not have HALF of your menu items! Clearly you're not interested in being a restaurant. The appetizer shrimp was completely GREASY, the entree fish we got smelled really fishy/weird, the rice was a gummy glob...everything was literally INEDIBLE. We left hungry (had to eat popcorn and candy for dinner at the movie theater after we left Fins). What a disappointing date night...although we did have a good laugh over how disgusting it all was...then told everyone we know to AVIOD FINS like the plague.

The rice side dishes are a bit too "wet", and the sauces on many of the dishes are very VERY salty. Almost to the point that I couldn't eat it. The same goes for the stir fry veggies and the sweet potato chips. Too much salt all around. Had I not received two groupons for this place, I wouldn't have gone more than once. On the plus side, the owner/manager(?) is a silly guy who seems very cool, and the waitress is nice and eager to please. I think if you really take a good look at your menu and try different versions on how to cook the meals, you'd fare much better as a Hawaiian/Asian Fusion Restaurant. Healthy, fresh, and tropical is what I would expect from a restaurant like that. Maybe use more herbs in your foods as opposed to salty, heavy sauces.
