People very nice , but started xrays and exam, said I needed an extensive procedure done and they would not do basic cleaning if they felt you needed an extensive. So I took off work for 3 hours to have xrays and teeth proded and then , no we can do basic ... so we can give you anything ... total bait and switch... would not recommend and will tell all of my friends what an awful experience I had

I got a groupon for cleaning and whitening. The staff was very accommodating and nice in that they scheduled the cleaning and whitening on different dates, however most of the visit was a sales pitch. The cleaning itself was the briefest, most perfunctory ever. The hygienist scrubbed two teeth and scraped one, and flossed between maybe 8 teeth, all after telling and showing me that I had terrible plaque and needed a deep cleaning that would cost more than $1,000. I have some metal joints, and they insisted that I needed antibiotics although, in 2014, the ADA determined that “Routine antibiotic prophylaxis is not indicated for dental patients with total joint replacements, nor for patients with orthopedic pins, plates and screws.”
The bulk of the visit was a sales pitch, I have serious doubts whether the whitening will be effective, since based on this experience I would not allow this business to do functional dental work in my mouth. I would like my money back.

By far the most non-cleaning you can get is at floss The biggest waste of money, time and X-ray I wonder why he even took the 100 and I don't know how many pictures if he was well aware he was going to exactly just floss my teeth not clean them Just a fraud practice
