The guy taking my drive-thru order initially overcharged me (item on the menu listed at $3.00 and he charged over $4.00). When I told him that the total was too high and what the price listed on the menu showed, he in a not very friendly manner said that they were ringing up at a different price and to just pull up. Then, he said he would only take off $5.00 for a Groupon that clearly showed that I had paid $5.50 (promotional value had expired). When I clarified that I should get the full value paid, he took off the right amount. Gave me my food, no "thank you" and no napkins, either.
