Groupon hard to use for a few reasons: 1. can only be used for furniture - they are a great place for accessories, lamps, art, floor clearance! I see it's in the 'fine print' but really?- consider yourself also as an accessory store! 2. I used to print all my groupons and started trying to use my smartphone ID, but found that it had to be paper.... Um. Even the airlines accept smartphone bar code! Had to log in, find my coupon print, etc. Wasn't exactly efficient. Check out computer process painstaking - try to make checkout easy for a guest. Love the stuff, will go back but please try to update processes like the rest of the retail world! Loved my sales guy 'tiny'!!
