Takes a little more time than stated (my car was extra dirty) but they were very nice and did a good job!

You need a computer to make an appointment. It's not possible with an IPad or iPhone .

First of all, system based reservation is faulty. I bought Group-on and I called on 10th feb to ask if I can get a reservation for today. I was told I have to book it online, if i get reservation confirmation I can come. I went online made a reservation for same day. I received a confirmation email saying that my reservation is confirmed. I had to take off from my work to go, but when i reached there i was told that reservation has to be made 24 hour in advance. I have already wasted 2 hours of my working hours because i received confirmation from royalty detailing saying that my reservation is confirmed. Anyhow, I already bought the coupan so I made next day appointment. I went there and servicing was not satisfactory. I have pictures of dirt over the console and doors after paying extra 10 dollars. leather seats were wiped but not dried, windows still has spots. It was worst detailing i have ever got. In my previous experience of detailing anywhere else i found my car like brand new. But after getting done this time on 2/11/15, I will have to even wipe some dirt on car myself. not even worth of paying car wash money on it,. and I end up paying 66 dollars!!!! total waste of my money.

didn't do a thorough job. The outside was very clean but the inside had many spots that were missed. Attention to detail was definitely lacking.
