Jessica was very personable and pleasant. I enjoyed talking with her. HOWEVER, since my treatment 1 week ago, I have made 2 calls to discuss the fact that my HAIR is FRIED and is BREAKING OFF!!!! This is unacceptable and I am highly dissatisfied with my results of the 5 month keratin treatment. I will be contacting Groupon for my money back, as I am getting no where with attempting to talk to Jessica to rectify this as adults, and to assist with fixing my hair. Definitely not recommended!!!
