About Massage Virtue

Licensed clinical massage therapist Adrina Carter employs a holistic approach to massages to help to reduce stress, depression, and pain. She spent 600 hours in a course mastering kinesiology, anatomy, pathology, hydrotherapy, and clinical massage, which she combines to treat patients during every type of service. With deep-tissue, Swedish, sports, and hot-stone treatments, Adrina helps to repair tiny tears in muscle fibers that occur during prolonged periods of stress. Received 3 massages and felt they were all the same regardless of what I asked for (deep tissue, relaxing, etc) or indicating what was hurting. Value was okay for Groupon price but wouldn't pay full price for such a "cookie cutter" massage. Also, I didn't like the suggested tip sign ($10-$15) and being asked at check out if I would "like" to leave a tip.

Your customer service is not up to par. You canceled my appointment no less than three times, by e-mail same day of appointment. Twice I had arrived you were not there. What would you do? Marie
