very rough teeth cleaning

I bought the groupon for my 13 year old daughter that had just been to our dentist August 13 and had a perfect checkup. Dr. Andre saw my daughter on November 6. I was told in writing that she has FIVE cavities and that they will have to be filled before they will honor the teeth whitening. I was also handed a report with the alleged cavities and price breakdown with a total of $769. I contacted our family dentist and he examined my daughter and reported to me that she DOES NOT HAVE ANY CAVITIES. I could not be more disappointed in Dr. Andre and his office. They refuse to honor the teeth whitening if I do not have the "cavities" filled. I will report the office to the Better Business Bureau and tell everyone I know about my experience with Dr. Andre. I am thinking that the deal was too good to be true. Guess they have to make money off of the groupon somehow.

Very nice and accommodating staff. I really loved the Dentist and the office staff was friendly and compassionate. I am a big chicken and they made me feel at ease.
