Food is great, but i ordered the food to go and when i got it in my car i realize the hashbrowns had melted a hole in the container because the cook had not drained the oil or let them cool to a safe temperature. There is now an oil stain on my front passenger seat as well as the clothes i wore.

Manager was unaware that Groupons do not expire and did not want to give us the amount I paid for the Groupon ($7) toward our bill. She agreed to do it "this once" because we had unusually pooor service that night.

Employees need to be informed about their menu. Bought a bear claw to take with me that was supposed to have had apples. Instead it was cream cheese. Very friendly atmosphere, but wait staff never checked back to see what might have been needed.
