They never called back nor did they answer their phone afterwards.

They were awful. Would never use or recommend again. As a moving company when you pick the day and time it is important. We needed the move, planned for it and took the time off of work. They called 1 hour into the time frame window to say they are running late and may not make it. They no showed for the night! It was the worst. We finally rescheduled them 2 days later with a 4 pm to 6 pm window. They showed up at 7 pm. We paid extra for 3 men to move... basically one man had a clip board the other time and only 2 did the moving... very slow. They did not put anything to protect the floors. How do you not show up on day and time... awful!

This was the worst service ever. I purchased this Groupon thinking it was a great deal, but I was terribly wrong. I scheduled this move a month and a half ago. They were scheduled to move me on Nov. 7th between 4:30-7:30. They did not show up until Friday, Nov. 8th at 7:15. I will never use this service or recommend them to anyone. I even asked for a refund and they stated they don't do refunds. I will be hesitant to use any Groupons in the future. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use this moving company.

My boyfriend had everything packed and disassembles so the movers wouldn't have to take too long. In our SMALL 1 bedroom apartment, it took them 2 hours to get everything into the truck. There was one guy wrapping everything in saran wrap and two other small guys carrying everything. Now I don't speak spanish, but my boyfriend does. He said these two guys were complaining the ENTIRE time how heavy everything was...it even took them thirty minutes to take the bed to the truck...which was already taken apart!! I have no idea why it took them 2 hours to move everything, but I was extremely disappointed. On top of that, it's over $100 per hour afterwards, which is ridiculous.
