Didn't have a good experience with the place. I showed a picture to the stylist and my hair didn't look anywhere near the picture. Unfortunately, Kylie, stylist needed more training. She was very apologetic about how my hair look. My hair was basically orange, brassy. Haircut wasn't even. All I wanted was a short one length hair cut. I had to go home and fix it. Luckily I am a hairstylist. I didn't tell her that because I didn't want her to feel insecure or mess up. I guess it didn't matter because my hair was pretty bad. Tina the owner had the nerve to try to charge me for the color correction. When the stylist who made the mistake already told me she wasn't going to charge me. I was extremely dumb founded by the Tina the owner when she said my hair looked ok when it was clearly orange and brassy. Don't go to the salon if the owner is going to behave like that. Then Tina had the nerve to tell me that I won't get charge of I understand that I will never come back and don't write a bad review. Then and only then will I not get charged for the correction. I have never experienced something like that. I am a stylist and I would never do thst. If I made a mistake and admitted that I would not charge for the correction. Worst place ever especially the the owner, tina.
