Your Pilates Connection
Studio owner Amanda Freel's passion for Pilates began in 2005, when she herself was still a student. It only took a few years for her to make the switch from Pilates student to Pilates instructor, falling so in love with the practice that she earned Pilates mat, apparatus, and Reformer certifications. To round out her fitness curriculum, Amanda incorporates Zumba's dance-infused workout into her routine, as well as the TRX Suspension Training program, which she is now certified to teach. With help from her team of yoga, Pilates, Zumba, kickboxing, and TRX instructors, Amanda hosts small group classes designed to help patrons of all fitness levels develop the ability to climb a mountain while touching their toes the whole way up.
