Do not go here! It was the most painful salon experience I have ever had. I went last Wednesday and it was dreadful. The salon owner, Roxy, was very rude, inconsiderate, and unfriendly. She didn't talk to me the entire time, except to complain about my hair. She was very rough throughout the process. Usually salon experiences are very calming. This, however, WAS NOT. She was pulling my hair and jerking my head around every which way. She didn't apologize at all. She was extremely aggressive as she was squeezing the water out of my hair. She did NOT ask me how I wanted my hair cut, bangs trimmed, etc. She decided to thin out my hair WITHOUT asking me first. Extremely poor service.
