You try to call to make an appt. and mention your groupon and suddenly their busy. I felt since they had their money they didn't care if they filfilled the service. When I got an appt. waited for 40 minutes cause she took the walkins first

He must be in training, nails are all different lengths, terrible shape. Have blisters on finger tips from him filing nails, no people skills for customer service.

Terrible service and it took a while to get in. While there the tech made me wait for 45 minutes halfway down, just so she can help others, even though i was there first. Basically I paid the groupon price and the others did, so she gave them better service. I had a terrible experience here.
