I have called multiple times to make an appointment; they are borderline impossible to get on the phone I was asked repeatedly to call THEM back. They are rude on the phone, have no concept of customer service AND their YELP reviews are AWFUL. All of this and I haven't even used the groupon Yet. Follow up with me after next Monday and I'll let you know how the service was. My expectations are not high.

The nail tech was very pleasant and friendly . The nail service itself was ok. When I got home I noticed several flaws.

This is really a hair salon with one manicurist. They do not have the equipment to dry your nails when you are finished with your mani-pedi. Although I sat for nearly half an hour when done, when I got home everything was smeared. Basically a waste of money- won't consider going back.
