Despite the show not starting at it's start time, the band was FABULOUS! What an awesome treat of live Latin Jazz music. Each performer was stellar in their own right. No need to pay over $100 bucks at the blue note - the Nuyorican Poets Café is the way to go for great live music!

Customer service was completely not present. The ticket indicatedted that the show started at 3:30pm but we were not allowed into the venue until 3:45pm. Like many others we stood on line in the blazing sun for over and hour! Once inside, they had NO reservation for me and I was promised a T-shirt that too was not forthcoming, since there was NO record. I was allowed access since I had a physical copy of the confirmation email. The show was the only saving grace!
