I am usually nervous about going to spas or salons where someone is going to be up close and personal with all my flaws but Nicola is really wonderful and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I was only there for brow tinting but she took time to talk to me about my skin and other issues i had concerns about. That level of service and genuine care is rare. I will definitely go back for more.
