For the amount of money that the Groupon was worth, the service was certainly not what I expected! The rims of my tires were still dirty from the brakes, just like they were when I dropped the bike off! They told me the bike would be finished in a week and a half, maybe two weeks, they would call. After two and a half weeks, I stopped in to check, the bike was finished, but I never got a call! Not really quite sure what was done to the bike, or, what took so long to do it!

The Groupon was a great introduction to this business - pretty far from home, I probably wouldn't have tried them otherwise. I have an old but good bike that hasn't been ridden in years and they did a great job reconditioning it. They're my bike shop now.

I haven't ridden my bike yet to share if the tune-up was done well, but they seemed very thorough and the gentleman who waited on me was very outgoing and courteous.
