Terrible. Vendor was nonresponsive to initial attempt to make contact until I contacted Groupon to report it. Then she reached out via text, only to be sporadic in availability and making and appointment. When I finally did schedule an appointment via multiple text messages, I texted the day of to find out where the hard-to-find offices were (as we were driving around) and the response I got via text was "sorry I hurt my hand and can't take appointments for now. Apologies for you not knowing". Terrible customer service. Will not recommend or purchase anything from this vendor in the future.

It was very difficult to book an appt phone calls were not returned No one to answer phone. Upon arrival at the establishment there was no one to tell you where to go or greet you. I wondered around until I found someone.
