They treated me so well, got me in and out efficiently, and even let me know my brakes were on the brink of running too low! (And didn't pressure me to buy from them that second). Make an appointment!! You'll be glad you did.

The waiting room was hot and dirty it also took an hour and 20 minutes to get my oil change because I did not have my filter in stock

You did a good job, but it was inconvenient to have to schedule an appointment in the first place, and then have it have to be in the middle of the work week because you aren't open on weekends. I just assumed it would be as convenient as Jiffy Lube. Not your fault, I just didn't read the fine print.
