Clyde, I am very sorry you were not able to use this groupon. I recently had to move offices very abruptly (my office building was sold 1 month before my lease renewed to make room for more coffee shops) and have worked out of 3 spaces since October 1st. The last 3 weeks have been very hectic as I prepped and moved into a permanent space, so, I'm sorry if I didn't get back to you in a timely fashion. Zoe is very good at her profession; excellent massage service. I went to her once. She's very thorough with her pre screen questions. Ambience was calm & relaxing. The only problem I had with her was booking an appointment. My initial appointment, I called her multiple times, left voicemails, but she never returned it. So I had to go through groupon and file a complaint. Days later, she returned my call and I booked an appointment. Before I left my first appointment, she told me that it's best if I text her for an appointment if she doesn't pick up. Second time around, same problem. I was fed up. I didn't give her another try since.
