The owner was not friendly, hurt me in the process and blamed me for bleeding and tried to tell me it was my fault. The scond appliation is needed for the makeup to be permanent and see told me I needed to pay another $200 when I returned. She added another $100 fee while I was there becaue she said she had to draw lines to do my eybrows and that was an extra fee. She lied.

April hurt me. The numbing ointment did not work & . It was very painful. I have not experienced that pain when prev did this. My eyes are v. swollen & I have a red lump in the corner of my left eye. I have called the office & emailed April...no response! She also tried to sell me other services & charged me $80 for her other recom, for taxes & $5 for treatment ointment. It was not a good experience. Plus they erroneously charged me an additional $200 in error which was supposed to have been credited to my account but as of noon today 8/13 the credit is not reflected. All a bad experience I will not forget & hope there is no damage done to my eyes.

Was pleased with result and will go back for more services

I just went yesterday to have my eyebrows done. I have thought about permanent make-up because my eyebrows are blonde and thin. I don't wear a lot of make-up so I was afraid it would look too fake. I met April and she was very friendly. I kept emphasizing that I wanted them to look very very natural and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I am so happy I did it. I think I'm going back to get me lips done next. Thanks April!
