Having garnered certifications from NSCA and AFAA to complement her degree in exercise science, the founder of Armstrong Health & Fitness, Randi Armstrong, pushes clients toward fitter physiques with 17 years' worth of personal-training know-how. Randi rounds out an experienced staff of health experts who captain specialized classes, boot-camp programs, and nutrition seminars. Armstrong's Basic Training Gym permits visitors to fight through lifts in an intimate setting patrolled by professionals, all of whom will readily dispense advice on proper technique and the magic number of reps needed to turn biceps into actual pythons. With a roster of programs that accommodates all ages, athletic endeavors, and results-based goals, the staff strives to remodel figures according to each patron's physical aims.
