Seats were not condusive to seeing Christmas lights. They faced the center and were uncomfortable. Windows steemed up so it was impossible to see out of some of them. They allowed too many people on our bus and asked us to move or squeeze together to make room for them. We spent more time driving than actually seeing any lights, and missed some of the homes bkz some riders insisted on a bathroom break, so the route our bus took was changed so that it ended at the same time as the other buses.

We had bus problems. They got another company to take care of us. Tis was great. I would advise that when handicapped people are traveling with them and there is a problem to make sure the handicapped person is the least inconvenience since mobility is an issue.

The music was way too loud and the route was crazy. It seemed like we purchased a bus ride instead of a christmas light tour. In two hours, I think we saw perhaps three or four displays and the bus driver got lost. I was never so happy to be back in the parking lot of Mid America. A ride through the Old Market area would have been nice and there were plenty of Council Bluffs displays we could have seen and not had the long drive from display to display .
