I've been here 4 times. Joanie, the aesthetician, is considerate, knowledgeable and very nice. I recently had an appointment on a Thursday evening, March 28. I went to the office, (please note that the Greentree location, at least, is not your typical spa, it is in a doctors office) and the door was locked. I waited for about 30 minutes and no one arrived. Long story short, I made 28 phone calls to Rejuvenate in a 3 day time period to find out what happened. I left about 6 messages, the other times I just hung up. It wasn't until I called and left a message saying I got in touch with Groupon and that I was going to leave a review, did Ashley, the office manager, finally call me back. If your time, the location and actually being able to get in touch with the spa is not important to you I would recommend Joanie. Otherwise, there are many other good spas out there, check them out instead. This one was very unprofessional.

I just love it at Rejuvenate Medical Spa😊 This was my 3rd time there. Joanie is Awesome, so informative and very Sweet! I have gone to more upscale places and paid almost 3 times the price, for the same procedure. Nothing fancy, but well worth the money😊 You won t be disappointed!
