Training was excellent and very informative, the part that really needed to be stressed was when and when not to use a firearm which they covered very well. Examples were used to support the fact that you have to be in danger to use a firearm, that was the fact that I wanted to be informed of

They did a good job expressing the class info. Would consider further training with them.

By their own admission and subsequent apologies, they did not have control of the class size. We were not able to shoot that day even though we had purchased our Groupon as soon as it was offered. That said to me that we should have been at the top of the list. We had to come back a few weeks later to shoot. Classroom time was rushed. Shooting range time also seemed rushed but I did have personal attention from an instructor. I don't feel prepared to be a gun owner. In fact, I'm looking at other facilites where I may get additional gun handling training.

Great people, good program, terrific value.
