I bought a Groupon for a Tune up deluxe. The guy told me it would take 24 hours on the phone, but when I dropped it off in person the same day, he then told me 5 days later than what was stated on the phone. I got no calls or updates on my bike and had to call on the 5th day to ask for an update. He then told me that my brake was sticky & needed to be replaced by a piece he ordered and just arrived. He finished it within the hour and called to let me know. When my husband went to pick up the bike, the guy charged him $60 on top of the Groupon I paid. AT NO TIME ON ANY OF MY CALLS OR DROPPING IT OFF DID THE GUY TELL ME THAT IT WOULD COST ME ANYTHING EXTRA! I am giving one star because he failed to give me updates or notify me that it would cost or let me make the choice to spend that money. It is also one star because he lied to my husband and told him the talked to me about the price but didn't. He made me look like a liar to my husband. I will not be recommending or using this place again.
