I tried to go in numerous time to activate my 5 weeks and was told on different occasions there was no one available to help me with the groupon. I left messages to get in touch to go in and even extended the purchase to try to go use their services now I believe the woman I bought it with that she was having the same problem Caryl Greenstein I believe she was credited back for this purchase. I thought it was just her but I had similar issues every time. They'd much rather you come in under their other services so then why even offer a groupon. I know people that go to Miller Place that swear how great this gym is I didn't see that

Gym was very nice, one staff member made it a very unprofessional experience. She made a big deal out of something that did not involve her and before she got involved, it was not a big deal.
