I would give the salon 2 stars and my stylist 4. My stylist was great, friendly, and was very accommodating, listened to my requests. If you read the other reviews, you will notice a theme with the male (owner?) of the salon. He answers the phone and tells me he is going to charge me extra for long hair. I told him fine about how much extra, and of course he says he has no way of telling me until he sees my hair. (It should be easy..shoulder length? past shoulders? But he said it would not be much more. I get there, and he tells me it will be double the Groupon price. I thought that was extreme (my hair is just past the shoulders) and he proceeds to dismiss me with his hand and shake his head at me. He was very gruff and rude and treated me like I was a second class citizen for buying a Groupon. I was about to leave and cancel the whole thing, but I had just suffered 2 hours of traffic, and he probably knew I was desperate. So I ended up paying double $150 instead of $74. Just know that you will probably pay double what is advertised (read reviews) for shoulder length hair, and it is a bait and switch. If you're ok with that, then the stylist that I had was fine.

I received exceptional service, warm reception and great care. Friendly atmosphere, personalized attention to each and every customer. Very impressed of my stylist Zoya's great work. She is highly professional and experienced. Special thanks to Igor, Larisa, Zoya and staff. Highly recommend this salon.

She’s amazing

The worst customer service! The owner was so disrespectful as if he’s greeting a homeless person. I had Groupon with the value of $90, for haircut, partial highlights and style, and he asked me to pay $250 more because my hair was longer than what they meant. (Which they did not mention anything about the length of the hair in the description). He scanned my voucher & I only got a most basic cut.
