I was told it's take an hour and a half, but it only took 30 minutes (because one of the services couldn't be completed as the tires were different treads and shouldn't be rotated). I wasn't contacted until an hour and a half later to tell me the car was done. I could have used that extra time and would have appreciated a phone call when the car was done, rather than waiting unnecessarily. Also, a light was on the dash that wasn't previous to service. I wish they spent the time to check the lights on the dash before returning my vehicle. When I called, they were really nice and did offer to recheck the car and fix the dash lights, but by that time I was too far away to make that a feasible option for me. The service technicians were nice and the service was good.
