Moved here from San Antonio. Drive 40 minutes to get this workout in. Forget all the other ways, Koko is the best!

Love it!!! They make it easy to keep coming. You get a great workout without feeling exhausted or sore. You can feel the burn in the muscle and they really know how to motivate you. My trainer Daniela is wonderful, correcting my form, making sure I don’t get hurt. Treadmill and elliptical are fun for the first time. I would recommend it 100%.

A great system and workout but there prices are very high. I used the workout but never the online meals/dietary info. If they could price each part individually would be more realistic
