Unfortunately, Bella Lynn did an extremely poor job upholding their end of this Groupon. The experience started out great. We paid for a photo session that came with a portrait package. We then paid Bella Lynn additional money for the CD of all the proofs to come along with our prints. It has been almost a year since our photos were taken and about six months since we paid the additional money for the CD and we still have not received anything we paid for. We contacted Bella Lynn on several occasions and every time we were told that the prints and the CD were going to mailed or dropped off, etc. This never happened. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Took a long time for her to reply just to set appointment, I almost asked for a refund. Then the pictures are pictures my hubby and I could have set up with our camera and taken ourselves, they just have that amateur feel. Also was 4 weeks before I got proofs to decide which ones I wanted. Still haven't gotten the didgital prints I picked a week ago!

Yes - while most of the photos did turn out well, and I'm pleased to use them for save the dates and share with relatives and friends, some did NOT turn out well - we were lacking direction for some shots where poses were unflattering, and our eyes were closed. I feel the photographer could have been more aware of these things, more professional, and given more feedback on our posture choices. Also, we could have looked at some of the shots as they were taken to get an idea of what was coming across, but that was not offered to us. All in all, it was a very casual experience, too casual for our taste, and should have been taken more seriously.
