This cafe is not your typical cafe it is set in a holistic health practice and food is the cornerstone to good health. Keep an open mind, if your looking for cheap go to Mc Donalds, it is cheap on every level. The cafe presents whole raw food in a new exciting way, not your typical salad or veggie wrap. ENJOY!

I enjoyed the Raw Foods class. It was very informative and could have gone longer. Dr Steele responded to all questions and shared with the class local merchants to consider when looking for wholesome living foods. l plan to participate in other classes offered at Essential Wellness.
