Wonderful relaxed club, none of the heavy pressure or fakeness I've found at other sports clubs. Fantastic locker rooms, best I've seen. Wonderful swimming pool. Huge amount of work out areas including two huge studio areas, tennis courts & a great restaurant. I'm sorry I never found it years ago. The private trainer I am working with Dan Giglio is marvelous, gets me sweating, but encourages me when I flag - I have 35lbs to lose.

It is a very quiet gym, lots of different equipment, clean and inviting pool, spacious well lit tennis courts. There is very little that is needed, as there are water fountains and keys that come with the locker, as opposed to having to bring your own.

It is one of the nicest clubs I've been to and the staff are fabulous! They make sure you get off to a good start with lots of support and professionalism. I'm so glad to have this opportunity
